Dear Friends,
As we begin to prepare for winter do we start to feel the pull of the inner space? Turning within we can tap into our creative nature drawing on inspiration from the universal spirit. Touching on our essential being we find the energy to bring out into our world, our community. If you find yourself always giving and not having time to nurture your own spirit then eventually the world feels flat… so we have the constant challenge of finding a balance between activity and repose, between giving and receiving – nurturing others and nurturing ourselves, sound and silence…and it is from the deepest inner peace that all movement, joy, expression arise…
